Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I'm extremely upset with how I was treated. The staff were completely unprepared and seemed incompetent in handling my issue. I was overcharged, and although a refund was issued to my credit card, the $200 is now tied up and unusable. They did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation or offer meaningful help. To make things worse, I couldn't even get the names of the people I spoke with. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. |
