I had a drink a t the store in the same plaza and went to get a pre-roll joint and was denied due to smelling like alcohol. Was told it is illegal to sell to people who smell like alcohol...... I understand from ontairo bylaws that your can refuse service to people if they seem intoxicated, not someone who just smells of liquor
