| This store has terrible customer service. I'm a regular and always carry my ID, but the way they treat people is rude and disrespectful. I'm spending my money, not coming in to be talked down to or pushed around.
The worst part? They're completely inconsistent. One time I saw them serve someone who literally said they didn't have ID — which is illegal. But another day, I brought my friend who forgot his ID, and they kicked him out with attitude. Same situation, totally different treatment. How is that fair?
I go almost every week and it's always some new drama with the staff. I won't name names, but I'm done supporting a place that treats regulars like this. They clearly don't care. |
