SCAMMERS !!! i would give ZERO stars if i could. i spent $50 on a vape cartridge (a 50% markup by the way scammers) and when i opened the package the cartridge was sticky and leaking. they have a policy of no returns after 24 hours and due to my schedule i wouldn't be able to come back within that time frame. knowing i couldn't come back i called and spoke to the manager and he assured me that i could come in and he would leave a note for them to do my return for me. keep in mind my original purchase was at 245pm and i went back the next day at 6pm. literally 27 hours later but the guy working said there was no note and since it was past the 24 hours he couldn't do anything. i explained my phone call to him so he called his manager who told him NOT to refund me and to just exchange it for the same product since it's past 24hrs. i told him that i spoke with him knowing i couldn't make it within that and he agreed to the return and i don't want another vape just my money. (charging $50 for a $24 vape is INSANE. and it was leaking.) he then handed me his phone with his manager on it who continued to yell at, gaslight and berate me that he never said he would do any of that and i can take the exchange or just lose $50 to them. the manager carried on over the phone being completely disrespectful to me and spoke in no way someone running a business in customer service ever should because HE WAS LYING TO ME. eventually i cut my losses and took the exchange and when i opene ..
