| I had a poor experience at this Value Buds location. The staff member charged me for the wrong item, and despite assurances, the money still hasn't been returned to my debit card. This kind of mistake shouldn't happen in a retail environment, and it's unacceptable that it hasn't been resolved. I won't be returning to this location and would caution others to be even more explicit when asking for what you want. Disappointing all around. |
