| Buyer beware.
Firstly, I used to love this shop. Normally friendly and helpful.
Not so much anymore.
The cart batteries they are selling now are hot garbage. But they don't tell you that of course. So when Heather S. at their Vedder Rd. location sold me one, I thought nothing of it really, till I tried using it and realized, that while it technically worked, it didn't really work well.
So, no biggie, they're a good shop, I'll just bring it back and exchange it and buy a better one.
Oh, but apparently all sales are final? Because it technically worked, they said there was nothing they'd do.
I just wanted to bring back something that was not great and spend some more money. My receipt doesn't say anything about sales being final, and they never told me that there were no refunds or exchanges.
I'm more disappointing than angry at this point. It was only a $20 battery, but still, they sold me something that sucked then went "oh well, sorry too bad" when I wanted to exchange it. |
