| I just purchased a product from this store tonight! I did not take my receipt as I didn't think I would need it. I then drove 2 minutes to my house opened the product and it was empty!!! I have never had this happen before! I drove the 2 minutes back to the store, and they wouldn't refund me or replace it as I didn't have a receipt. I told the guy at the counter that he can take the receipt out of the garbage he put it in 2 minutes prior, he said he couldn't, I asked for management information, he said he wouldn't. This is unacceptable. He didn't even do his job and ID me. So heads up open your product before you leave the store or you will GET NOTHING, or NO MONEY BACK!! |
