Went in to buy weed for the first time in three years. Asked if I could get 3 joints at the lowest percentage , guy sold me the highest he could. Went home smoked the joint and had the worst night of my life. Not only unprofessional but totally disregarded if I have any mental disorders which could have put me through psychosis. Guy also said he had a "coworker" who would sell the highest percentage to people new to weed. So definitely on purpose.
