Very poor customer service I received today 07/08 between 9:00PM to 10:00PM, sales girl was very rude, I asked about THC content of desired product she said she doesn't know I could look it up myself..I asked about price she said it's right there if I look it up. I pointed out she was being rude and asked the other guy to attend to me she asked the guy not to and they both asked I leave the establishment. Well they lost my business/patronage today and in the near future. Management should invest more in staff training. Today's service I received is worse than a 0.5 star. Your staffs lied kindly go through your CCTV camera no words of profanity was said by me. I am a grown man and I address people accordingly. If your staffs lacks the knowledge of the product they are selling they shouldn't ask customers to look it up themselves. The lady was rude to me and all I said to her was she was being spicy!!! Well your summation of this matter without a proper investigation goes a long way to show how the management handles business in your establishment. You lost my patronage as a result and will forever lose my patronage and those of my friends. Go through your cctv cameras if it has an audio output. I live in the United States I visit Canada quite often and I have previously visited countless stores as well as your store I have had great services in all stores and your store as well in the past ( Canna cabana) but your particular staff whom attended to me that even ..
