I often go to Canna Cabana on a weekly basis to pick up some goodies, and I have been to multiple locations across the city. This has got to be the worst location you can go to.
I come here because it is convenient but today when I was coming in to shop, there was no one in the store when I arrived and entered. And there were two employees in the store and one is the manager, they greeted me right away which is great. And I begin to browse their vape cartridges, I was waiting for one of them to come by and ask me if I need any assistance as they were finishing up putting away/checking some stock. A older gentleman comes into the shop and he immediately asks the worker for a product, and instead of letting the customer know that they will check on the other customer first as I was here long before he arrived, they immediately begin helping that older man and start locating products for him.
I think "its fine, the other employee can help me" and I continue to wait for their associates to help. The other employee (who was NOT helping any customers and I'm pretty sure is the manager) chose to just continue to look at stock and products in the store, he actively chose to let the employee who is already busy come help me when she is done.
What kind of customer service is this? Not only did they help another customer who arrived AFTER me first, they then chose to ignore me and not ask if they could help me find anything? I cannot tell if this is poor management or this is .. |
