| Edit: it sucks to have to edit your awesome review because they hired a snarky young jerk who is incredibly misogynsitic and likes to argue and lip off customers. I attend this shop weekly or more, I sincerely hope you let him go. He is not appropriate for customer service. He also refused to give me his name and I told him I'll be back tomorrow to speak to his boss he replied "go ahead" as though he knew he could get away with it. Really gross, makes your loyal customers not want to come back. I see someone else gave you a negative review because of him recently. Would be happy to change my review back upon learning he's no longer working there.
Knowledgable, super friendly, engaging, good prices, good products, good music. They'll remember your face as a regular and you'll feel the atmosphere is more friendly and chill than at a regular business. 10/10 for the Jasper team! |
