Now, I would like to start by saying I have always had a 5 star experience here, up until my last visit on June 5th.
I submitted my order online as I usually do as I try to make it as easy as possible when I come in as I am super indecisive, well normally I get an e-mail within 10 minutes or so saying my order is ready for pickup, well, not this time. After about 2 hours of waiting I decided to just go to the store because at this point they were closing in under a half an hour and didn't want to cause anyone to have to stay late. Well I get there, and myself and one other gentleman walk in at the same time to find the store completely empty with nobody behind the till, and the phone ringing and not being answered, it stayed this was for at least 10 minutes until the older lady with grey hair comes in the front door chatting with a couple of other people, which is fine, I assume there was a reason for her absence in the store and I was not upset at all about having to wait.
She comes behind the counter and picks up the phone, to which from what I could hear was another customer who had placed an online order that was not ready as well, to which she was very defensive on the phone about how she doesn't have time to check, and that they just need to come in instead. So at this point there is 5 or 6 people including myself waiting to be seen, she helps the gentleman that originally came in at the same time as me and then goes to the back to grab another employee who wa .. |
