| My husband never gets carded, yet I do, and my ID is somehow not acceptable despite being a legal, valid piece of ID. Staff should perhaps get on the same page regarding ID requirements before customers take their money elsewhere due to the frequent inconsistencies, and poor customer service.
Also to add, staff needs to start checking and asking if customers want to use their discounts BEFORE ringing them out. Staff communication seems to be weak. |
