| I've been to the store many times now over the last 3 months, generally pretty ok but…. I do get quite annoyed in there due to the lack of urgency to help customers. Every time I'm in there and there is a line up and it gets big and long and the lack of urgency to help get the customers through is frustrating, especially when there is one person at the till and 2 walking around the back putting stock away or something, customers are priority. This one person is answering questions, going out to point out and answer questions! IT is extremely frustrating.
Also I get it so don't respond some "it's the" , asking for 2 pieces of ID for everyone is ridiculous!! I've been in many many many shops including Government, I'm 45 and the staff recognizes me and still need to see it! Cmon! That's stupid! |
