My husband and I have the same phone number/address but suddenly he's not allowed to use our prime membership- never had a problem using our membership in the past now suddenly no more. Unfortunately a couple rude/difficult employees are making it hard to want to return. When we purchased this membership we were told if we live in the same home that we can use it without no issues.
