Thought it was a good shop until one of the workers would not process a return of a faulty cartridge. Reflected the blame on the the aglc and said it would be a loss of money for the store and acted like it was not a loss to me as a customer. Would give 0 stars if I could. When asked for a manager was told to quote come back later next week.
