I visited your downtown location and had a concerning experience with an employee (possibly named Breena or Brenda) She had long yellow/green nails with visible debris underneath them and was scratching her skin during the interaction. This was highly unsanitary, especially in a retail environment handling products. I wanted to bring this to your attention as hygiene is critical for customer safety and satisfaction. Please address this issue to ensure proper sanitation standards are upheld. Thank you for your attention. I hope to see improvements in the future.
