| The woman I spoke with on the phone a short few weeks ago seemed to assume I wouldn't be a paying customer. She proceeded to rudely interrupt me, condescend to me, and also assume she knew the reason for my call. She didn't let me finish, so she never actually found out what it was. She just huffily concluded what she believed it to be, and then hung up on me. Appalling customer service. |
