| We visited this location and unfortunately had a negative interaction with one of the older female associates. When I asked about a specific product, she seemed unfamiliar with it and didn't make any effort to look it up or check the system. Her attitude came off as rude and dismissive, which made the experience feel unhelpful and frustrating. A simple check or a bit more effort would've made a big difference. |
