| Why are these people still allowed to operate?
1. They NEVER have the product you want. Even when it shows not only on their website, but in their own stores MENU on the wall they will still not have the product. Why don't you guys update it then? Do you guys even work?
2. This is the 3rd time now I have bought a 510 thread battery for my vape carts and it DOES NOT WORK. I have tried it with multiple carts so it's not my fault. When I went back to ask the lady (who was very inebriated from either drinking or smoking at work) gives such a horrible response saying "they have different voltages" WELL WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE DEVICE NOT TURNING ON. Absolute dog shit customer service.
3) And here's the topper: Their website just went down so you can't even look online or order or see what products (if any) are available. So why don't we call? Their phone number DOESN'T EVEN WORK. All of this while still having signs and marketing all over your store saying "call to order, check our website, we deliver". None of it is true.
You guys are an embarrassment of a store, I have no idea how this place is still running when your service is this utterly horrible.
For locals around the area, you're much better off going to Toke Cannabis on Barton/Centennial or literally anywhere else that actually have their products and provide a decent service. |
