| I've lived in the area for sometime now, and since moving here, this store has been a regular stop of mine. I have come to know some of the staff on a semi-personal basis and built a bit of rapport with them over the past few months.
Just a few days ago I was told that one of their managers was let go, unceremoniously. This woman in mention, was an outstanding leader and member of this team. She was knowledgeable, professional and she always made visiting this location a warm and welcoming experience.
Admittedly I am incredibly disappointed in this decision, as I have a fair understanding of buisness management, I can only see this as a move to try and save a buck or two.
For what it's worth, I have sepnt a fair amount of time, and money, at your store. But I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
