| The man I spoke with on the phone a short few weeks ago assumed I wouldn't be a paying customer. He proceeded to rudely interrupt me, condescend to me, and also assume he knew the reason for my call. He didn't let me finish, so he never actually found out what it was. He just huffily concluded what he believed it to be, and pushed me off the phone. Appalling customer service. |
