Not a store geared to returning customers. Don't ask for anything specific they will either tell you why it isn't good or they will try to upsell you to something you don't want or need. Do NOT request them to bring in anything. It's been 8 months of me asking for tribal cartridges and I get laughed at now. You will be better off taking your business up the street or to a different town. If I could give 0 stars I would.
