| Good most of the time. The percentage online often doesn't match the product though. The owner/manager also always seems to be in a bad mood. Doesn't greet you, doesn't make eye contact, quiet, seems like it's an annoyance for you to be there. Much better service when it's the regular workers.
Edit: Just because you have good reviews doesn't mean all your staff are friendly or make my experience inaccurate. As I noted, most of the time service is good. However one older woman (hence why I thought she was the owner) continuously lacks. Nice to see instead of addressing the issue, you gaslight your customers. |
