| Just when you thought this place couldn't get any worse, okay so we all know their prices are insane and that they're a conglomerate run by folks that don't even know the first thing about smoke. However due to what I can only guess is a less than supportive head office they switch managers every three months. This latest one appears to have just stopped ordering product. Although they are significantly marked up, this store at least always had a large selection. The past two weeks I have showed up on order day only to be met with 10% of the product they used to carry. Dude you are a downtown shop. It doesn't take much to see your market is prerolls. You had maybe a dozen types of preroll sativa left after your order on Monday. By the weekend you had 8, whereas you usually carry two pages worth. Management should probably listen to their team as somehow they made the worst pot shop downtown even more dismal. If you can't be present and don't understand your client base at least talk to your long term employees that do. I live literally above the store and will drive to go anywhere else now. |
