Hall of fame customer service here! My first time ordering online from here and I must say they have the best customer service I've experienced out of any shop. A small delay in my order being shipped due to......well whatever the issue was an employee actually reached out and called me to keep me in the loop about the status of my order and made sure it was mailed out and got to me next day. Outstanding and I very much appreciated them going the extra mile to give a customer peace of mind like that. Thank you to Dylan and to the staff. And top shelf flower too. They seem to have a steady stock of well known and trusted brands I like, like Eastcann and Ritual Green as well as difficult to find strains. Seriously after all is said and done the pot shack has earned my loyalty and if you give them a chance I think they'll earn yours too.
