| Former regular customer here. Refused service today because I didn't have ID — by the same staff who sold to me before without issue. I'm 38 and definitely don't look like I'm trying to sneak in as a teenager. Manager didn't care, and staff laughed and disgraced me. I wasted half my day because of their inconsistency and unprofessionalism. If this is how you treat loyal adults, good luck keeping customers. Totally disrespectful. Won't be coming back. |
