I bought a defective disposable vape from the store, exchanged it and had the same problem so I picked a totally different brand which didn't work at all. I was then told to come back when the manager was there. So I came back 3 times to get my money back only to be treated like a criminal. Like I'm pulling some scam. I was rudely told by the kid behind the counter no refund and nobody's allowed to sell to me anymore. For what? Returning defective product? Cool customer service guys. Sorry you guys got some defective products. Shouldn't be your customers problem.
