| Avoid this store at all costs. I placed an online order for pickup, was charged, and received a confirmation email that it was ready. When I arrived, the customer service rep, Matt, couldn't find my order and disappeared for over 10 minutes to "get the manager." He eventually returned to say it had been refunded, with no explanation or prior notice. No one contacted me, and no one could tell me why it was canceled. Instead of being apologetic or helpful, both Matt and the manager were cold, rude, and dismissive—acting like I was the problem. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they clearly had no interest in resolving the issue or treating a paying customer with respect. Terrible communication, awful customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. You're better off shopping anywhere else. |
