Stood there for 20 minutes while the lady at the til had the longest conversation with 3 ladies . Blatantly disregarding the 30 other customers patiently waiting to be served . And not once did she kindly say .oh sorry ladies I have quite a few customers that also need to be served .so we will have cut this conversation short .
