| Bought a product here, explicitly asked if it could be returned, and was told yes if unopened and I had the receipt. Didn't end up needing it and brought it to return and was met by a very rude employee who told me it could not be returned and they're unsure why I was told it could be. Had I known it couldn't be returned I would not have purchased it. Staff should be on the same page and if errors are made, they should honour their mistake. Very disappointed by this experience and will not be purchasing anything here or at any store locations in the future. |
