COMPANY SELLS AND PROMOTES PRODUCTS UNDER FALSE PRETENCES WHICH IN TURN LEAVING CUSTOMERS RIPPED OFF! FRANKS CBD Ultra 250mg and FRANKS oil 100mg are falsely advertised and very misleading even on the company's website. This Company does not care about customers as soon as you point out that a product is being sold under false pretences and staff assure you that the FRANKS CBD Ultra 250mg of CBD per ml is 250mg of CBD per ml. Which is also stated on their website yet once I brought it home and looked behind the label I learned that all FRANKS CBD Ultra 250mg of CBD per ml are actually only 236.7mg of CBD per ml that is a 13.3ml loss x30per bottle = 399mg of CBD loss for customers leading to hidden profit in each bottle that a customer buys. I brought this to their attention and I was gaslighted by the new manager full of excuses (passive aggressive). I then went into the store another day and asked the employee how can I contact head office to bring up my concerns around the new manager and this employee went off and verbally abused me in front of another customer claiming things that she wasn't there for the 2 times I interacted with the manager so who is she to say anything? But FIRE and FLOWER allows their employees to abuse customers and then if you try to reach out to head office they have the person you are having trouble with deal with it how is that ethical as they cannot be impartial to the situation ??? Be careful you are not always getting what you buy f ..
