| I have been a regular customer for them for over a year now, but today i had a horrible experience today with "Melinda", they had my profile with them in their system (and that means i dont need to have my id with me, she also denied asking her supervisor who was inside (they knew me)) and even then this new person denied the service to me and forced me to go back home and bring id (refusing to even accept a copy). The whole experience felt racist to me. I am never coming back. Thank you! |
