| Huge thumbs down to Lhtako grass. I am a steady customer there and usually have a pleasant experience. The other day I bought a vape cartridge and about 10 minutes later got home, tried it and realized it was a dud. Called them immediately and was told I have to call back and talk to the manager the next day. (I had the product, the packaging, and the receipt.) I was told they can't do a refund or exchange because the package was open. How the hell would you find out if it was defective before you open it? I was then told to email the company on the back of the package. Spinach customer service told me there is nothing they can do and that is on the store itself. How freaking frustrating. I am $42 out thanks to this store. Definitely won't be going there again! |
