| Extremely frustrated with this location lately. Their customer service has gone completely down hill. I made a visit to the store tonight and had my ID snatched from my hand for the attendant to look. I was completely shocked as I've never had someone take my ID out of my hand that way. I expressed my concern and was told the attendant Kyle, had to do this to check my ID. When I had told him I was caught off guard and never had that happened, it was brushed off. No apology was given. I was upset, and Kyle knew this, I asked if the manager was a previous manager who I was familiar with. He told me no and to have a good night. Completely dismissing my concern. I called after my visit to get the managers name and to find out when they might be at work next. He gave a name but told me he could not tell me when she was in next. Incredibly hard to believe that he couldn't give out that information to a dissatisfied customer and told me to call back the next day. I was been going to the baseline location more, and have had nothing but good service. Not to mention, better deals. Will likely not return after this visit. |
