| I was their customer for years. I bought a vape that wasn't working. Went to return it two times to be told by the staff they are not able to process returns, and to come back when their supervisor is there. Finally, the third time the supervisor was there. She would not refund me because I didn't have the original packaging bag. I'll never go there again. |
