all ways a positive experience. staff not only understand the product but are motivated, friendly and understand the customer's needs. whether you are a recreational smoker or consume for a specific personal reason. Electric Banana is the gold standard for customer service and a positive experience. if that dont get you they give you bananas and stickers with your purchase. come on people!
