It was minus 22 degrees i walked there and I arrived 3 minutes before closing time i know i still had time i know what i want but door was locked. I could hear them through the door talking with a client so i knocked. I waited and then the client came out at closing time and the employee told me it was too late. (Anyways its gov owned so they will answer my comment with sorry for the inconvenience and that they will try to do better...no compensation and they keep the satisfaction for themselves.)
