Placed an order for pickup and said would be ready in 20-30 minutes. After a day of it still saying "being prepared" I called the store to check in and got no response. Just decided to go in and reorder in person. The staff at the store were very pleasant but I was the only customer so still unsure what happened to my order. TLDR: friendly staff, don't bother placing pickup orders
