I can count on one hand how many times I have had to return something. And never had a problem. I wasn't happy with the bag l purchased the other day! So when l whent to return it on the 22nd of January at 8pm. I was denied by a very rude employee!. Told me there was nothing wrong it so l am not returning it!.. OK fine so l purchased a new bag. And when he rung it up he forgot to ask if l needed anything else...and l needed papers. He threw my bag on the counter behind him. Completely unprofessional and rude. I will never return to this location again. If that's the kind of treatment people receive when they return something ....what a joke
