| They sold us a cracked nail which didn't even fit properly at gauge.
Went back 20 mins later to exchange it (unused) and was met with hostility by one of the staff who had sold it to us, saying we should have opened the box and checked it before purchase, and it was our fault for not noticing.
The other employee tried their best to be helpful but in the end there was no refund or exchange given.
I understand there is not a refund policy, but seeing it was within 20 minutes from purchase and a clear manufacturer error this seems unreasonable to not allow an exchange.
I would not recommend shopping here, especially for glassware. I am out $30 but it could have been much more. |
