I've been a customer for years now. However I have pretty much nothing but bad things to say about the disappointing products and poor treatment I've received at this location by this point. On 3 separate occasions now I have recieved poor quality products in the form of leaking, broken, or malfunctioning 510 cartridges. First time I sent an email and the issue was resolved in about a week from head office. Second time It occurred some months later but this time I didn't have the time or energy that day to draft another email and start the whole process on yet another defective product. So shortly after buying the defective "viola" 510 cart I returned back to the location same day to mention it happened once again. Since it honestly only happened two times out of the many I've purchased from this True North location over the years I understood and I just wanted a replacement as Carts can be cheap/defective, sometimes from newer or less legitimate brands, from poor handling or manufacturing mistakes. However what was completely unacceptable was the young lady with all the piercings working that day who's name I wrote down for reference. Who was just completely rude and condescending the whole time. I've been a cannabis patient a very long time and know exactly what I'm talking about. Yet she proceeded to handle the vape cartridge in front of me, then walked it back in the storage room for a few seconds, only to come back up front and upon returning she tells me with .. |
