Worst experience ever!!!
November 9, in the morning, I placed a delivery order. I waited the whole day and did not get my order. I tried calling their number, which was not in service and now it's still out of service! I had to drive to the store on Tuesday November 12. Told them I didn't get my order. The lady there checked for me and said some items they did not have, so they need to refund me. I never received any email or text or call telling me I will not get my order and a refund is placed. They said that the refund was put in and just have to wait. I waited for a month, the refund still have not went through.
I stopped by the store on Tuesday December 17, it wasn't open and now today Thursday December 19, 6pm. It's Closed!!
Someone needs to contract me ASAP!!! |
