| Long time customer here. I work in a facility and part of my job is to buy cannabis for our residents. Last Friday, I bought cannabis for one of my resident. I made a mistake and I bought 20g flower but he wanted 28g flower. So I had to come back to the shop hoping to exhange the 20g to a 28g. Staff said he can't accept the 20g for safety reasons he said. Items that I first bought are still unopened and I still have the receipt. Since the staff won't accept the 20g, I had to buy the 28g that my resident liked from my own pocket. Now I'm stuck with the 20g and I don't smoke weed. Upon checking the return policy, it says I can return item in 14 days it it's sealed and with receipt. I never had a problem before, until now. This is the first time I met that staff. I can't remember his name, but he has tattoos and with a lot of attitude. I felt really embarrassed on that day. I just want to do my job. Other staff never treated me that way before. |
