I usually always get my deliveries from here and have always had amazing services until there was an issue today where I tried to purchase my online order after a while and the delivery portal charged me but didn't go through with the delivery process so I called the store and the girl said "I don't know" which is frustrating because the staff should be trained to know what to do. So then after I asked her again then she finally decided to ask the manager and he gets on the phone and says the same thing.." I don't know" that's it. So at this point I'm frustrated you have no problem taking my money but the minute there's a problem you don't do nothing but give me a I don't know. The general manager Jay or Jason had the audacity to tell me to calm down when I wasn't even yelling I was stern and to the point but not rude. Simply asking well what the solution is but instead I get a " I don't know" He completely disregard my concerns about the delivery portal and the issue. I had to repeat myself since he clearly didn't care to even care for my concerns. As a general manager this is how he handles business.Now I know this store won't care if I stop buying from them even though I've given them a lot of business and have always been kind but I definitely will not ever go back to the company in general again.
