Bought a disposable pen from this location. It doesn't charge properly even after buying a cord at the same location. When I went to get it refunded they requested that I had the packaging or the receipt. I provided packaging & an electronic copy of the receipt & the lady said she could not help me. She was also the same lady I originally bought the pen from & it was only yesterday & said she didn't remember me. This location is sus & the customer service was very poor
