Literally stopped in on our way out of province. I work for another Value Buds, the cashier worked had the worst customer service experience. Did not know anything about concentrates than asked her to check the till to see if they had other concentrates that aren't on yhe board as there usually isn't enough room to write it all. She refused to check for us. Left the store without anything. Will not go back!!! Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable or friendly service!
