| They'll leave your disabled loved one without a medical device for months after having to request multiple warranty replacements for multiple faulty units. They could send out marketing emails to try and get us to buy more stuff we'll in advance of international laws changing, but when we needed actual help, and this company failed spectacularly to fulfill their basic contractual obligations. They do not care about disabled people do not do business with them. There have been replacement devices within a half hour drive of me the whole time, in their partner stores.
Storz and Bickel hates disabled people, there's literally no other explanation for their behavior. If you knowingly, callously, and cruelly refuse to help your most vulnerable customers, knowingly making their lives miserable when you could fix it with a snap, your company doesn't deserve to exist. |
