| Poor customer service, i have been trying to return the vape after a week of purchase because of poor built quality. No one gives a damn, visited the store for many time but always they find a reason not to take a return. Not even worth one star!!

The complaint was charging and i explained everything to your staff, they accepted the complaint, but i wanted caliburn x which doesn't have stock and they have informed me they gonna order us and i can get in 2 weeks but its been almost 8 weeks and visited multiple times to get the product i need but no one responded properly. Its not about accepting the return device but its about the promise that they will deliver the product in 2 weeks which i need as replacement!! |
