| I had a terrible experience over the weekend. The sales associate was rude and refused to answer questions. He just kept saying, "I don't know" to everything. He seemed very put out being asked for help. Then, I wanted to buy a product at Market Price, but I was informed I had to have an "elite" membership. At this point, I was so annoyed I left. I found everything I needed a few blocks away.
In a market that is oversaturated with cannabis stores, you need to revamp your business model and hire staff who are capable of being courteous and helpful.
Several other people in the store were also refused items that were under the "elite" membership - which is pointless because there are so many other cannabis stores nearby that sell the same products. I won't be back. I don't need to be treated like spending my hard-earned money is some sort of privilege.
Edit: and the response from the business that didn't address anything about my review is one more reason to never come back. Walk five blocks in any direction from this store and there is another cannabis store, with better customer service. Thanks for the AI generated response. |
